Service Scope

CycleWorks provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspection, tune-up, brake adjustment, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any scope of work is subject to intake and mechanical inspection, and a final quote will not be given until the bicycle and relevant components have been assessed.

Quotes and Payment

Scope / use / administration

Prices, parts, and payment terms are confirmed only after inspection and approval of the proposed scope. A deposit may be requested for larger or more complex work, and accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on collection, as advised at the time of service.

Scheduling and Parts

Payments / cancellation / timing

Any estimated turnaround or collection time is an estimate only and may change if parts are unavailable, compatibility issues arise, or additional work is identified during inspection. CycleWorks does not guarantee same-day completion unless it has been specifically confirmed for the relevant appointment and parts.

CycleWorks will use reasonable care in providing workshop services, but no service can guarantee that a bicycle will be completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every condition. To the extent permitted by law, CycleWorks is not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, or issues arising from pre-existing wear, hidden defects, misuse, or incomplete information provided by the customer.
